Product Overview
The Vulcan K6ETT-7 is a 6 gallon electric countertop tilting kettle with a 2/3 steam jacket and a 316 stainless steel liner. Electrical is 7.5 kW at 208V, 10 kW at 240V.
A steam-jacketed kettle heats through the vessel wall rather than from a burner underneath, so soups, sauces and starches cook without scorching on the bottom and without constant stirring. The 2/3 jacket covers the lower two-thirds of the liner, which is where the product sits — the right balance of heating surface and cost for most kitchens.
A manual lever tilts the kettle to pour, with a two-position tilt lock so it holds where the cook sets it. The liner carries embossed gallon and liter markings, the rim is reinforced with a bar for strength, and the control housing is splash-proof. A low water shut-off protects the element, and a faucet mount is included.
