Designed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, along with an aluminum exterior back, plastic cabinet interior, and stainless steel floor, this unit provides a heavy-duty food preparation solution for commercial foodservice applications.

Operating on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor, it reliably maintains holding temperatures between 34°F and 38°F. The unit utilizes an easily programmable solid-state thermostat with digital display. Additional highlights include self-closing doors (remain open past 90°), twenty-seven included 1/6 size Lexan pans, a full-length poly-vinyl cutting board, factory-mounted casters with two front brakes, and high-efficiency CFC-free polyurethane insulation.
