The Centaur PLUS model CSD-1DR-BAL-HC is a single-door bottom-mount reach-in commercial refrigerator engineered for high performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. Designed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, along with a white aluminum interior and stainless steel floor, this unit provides a heavy-duty storage solution for commercial foodservice applications.
Operating on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor, it reliably maintains holding temperatures between 34°F and 38°F. The unit utilizes an easily programmable Dixell solid-state controller with digital display and diagnostic capabilities. Additional highlights include a field-reversible self-closing door (remains open past 90°), three heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves with air-flow stand-offs, factory-mounted casters, and high-efficiency polyurethane insulation.
