Product Overview
The Centaur PLUS CSD-3DR-BAL-HC is a heavy-duty, three-solid-door commercial reach-in refrigerator designed for high-capacity food storage in demanding foodservice environments. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and top, white aluminum interior walls, and a durable stainless steel floor with plastic door liners, this unit delivers long-lasting durability and easy sanitation.
Equipped with a bottom-mounted 1/2 HP condensing unit and an EZ slide-out condenser, it maintains an optimal temperature range of 34°F to 38°F using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Operation is managed via a Dixell solid-state digital controller with digital display and self-diagnostics. Additional premium features include heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves designed to hold full-size sheet pans front-to-back, self-closing doors with stay-open capability past 90 degrees, non-twist solid mullions, factory-mounted casters, and interior LED lighting.
