Product Overview
The True TWT-93-HC is a 93-1/4" worktop unit that turns refrigerated storage into usable prep surface. The self-contained, factory-balanced capillary tube system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant — zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of 0.02 — and holds 33°F to 38°F throughout the cabinet.
The exterior is stainless steel on the front, top and ends with a GalFan-coated steel back, and the interior is a clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners that wipe down fast. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place, and the epoxy-coated evaporator resists the corrosion that shortens the life of lesser units.
Service was designed in rather than added on: the condensing unit is reached from the back and slides straight out. 3 solid doors self-close, hold open at 90° when hands are full, and the one-piece magnetic gaskets lift out for cleaning without tools.
