Equipped with 3 high-efficiency 35,000 BTU stainless steel U-style burners, this unit generates flame coverage every 6 inches with independent manual control dials every 12 inches across a spacious 20.25" D x 35.5" W cooking grid.
Engineered for durability and effortless cleanup, the CBR-36 features heavy-duty 10 gauge stainless steel radiants for balanced heat distribution and clog protection. Reversible cast iron cooking grates feature 3 height positions for custom sear marks. Additional highlights include a 4-inch backsplash and sidesplash, front-accessible pilot lights, extended cool-to-touch front edge, full-width removable stainless steel grease tray, and adjustable non-skid legs. Fully certified to cETLus safety and ETL Sanitation standards.
