The True TS-35-HC is a 39-1/2" TS-Series reach-in with a full stainless steel exterior, built for front-of-house visibility and heavy daily cleaning. The self-contained, factory-balanced capillary tube system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant — zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of 0.02 — and holds 33°F to 38°F throughout the cabinet.
Construction is heavy duty throughout. A stainless steel front, anodized aluminum ends and GalFan-coated steel back wrap a clear-coated aluminum interior liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place, and the bottom-mounted condensing unit sits out of the rising heat where it draws cooler air and stays easier to reach for service.
2 solid swing doors carry 12" recessed handles, lifetime-guaranteed torsion closures that pull the door shut on their own, and one-piece magnetic gaskets that lift out for cleaning without tools. 6 adjustable PVC-coated gray wire shelves adjust in 1/2" increments on pilasters, and an exterior temperature display lets staff confirm cabinet temperature without opening the door.
