Product Overview
The Vulcan 2GR45MF-1 is a two-vat gas fryer battery with built-in oil filtration. Each vat holds 45-50 lb of oil and runs at 120,000 BTU/hr, for 100 lb of capacity and 240,000 BTU/hr across the battery.
Two vats let a kitchen separate product — fish on one side, fries on the other — without flavor transfer, and the integrated filtration system means oil gets cleaned in place instead of hauled to a cart. On a high volume line that is the difference between filtering every shift and filtering when someone has time.
Both vats are stainless steel with millivolt controls, so the battery needs no external electrical connection to fire. Each has three heat exchanger tubes, twin fry baskets and a 1-1/4" full port ball drain valve. The battery rolls on adjustable casters and carries a 10-year limited tank warranty.
