Product Overview
The True TPP-AT-60D-2-HC is a 60-1/4" pizza prep table built to keep a prep station moving through a full service. True's patented forced-air design holds both the pans on top and the cabinet below between 33°F to 41°F, so product in the rail stays as cold as product on the shelf and the top does not creep warm during a rush.
The deep 19-1/2" cutting board gives a pizza maker room to stretch and dress a pie without crowding, and the refrigerated base below swallows dough boxes and backup toppings. The board lifts off in one piece for washing.
Drawers replace the lower door section, so a cook pulls product straight out at waist height instead of crouching and reaching. Each drawer rolls on heavy-duty slides and seals against a magnetic gasket. The exterior is stainless steel front, top and ends over a clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless floor and coved corners, and the condensing unit slides out from the back for service.
