The exterior features a rugged stainless steel front, sides, and top with an aluminum back exterior, complemented by a white aluminum interior, stainless steel floor, and plastic door liner.

Built with a heavy-duty stainless steel front, top, and sides, an aluminum exterior back, ABS cabinet interior with ABS door liner, and a stainless steel floor, this unit offers a long-lasting, easy-to-clean food preparation workstation.

Operating on environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant powered by a 1/3 HP compressor with a capillary tube refrigerating system, it maintains optimal holding temperatures between 34°F and 38°F. Key features include a solid-state thermostat with a digital display, a self-closing door that stays open past 90 degrees, eight included 1/6-size pans, a full-length poly-vinyl cutting board, factory-mounted casters with two front brakes, and whisper-quiet operation.
