Product Overview
The Vulcan VC4ED-13D3 is a full-size single deck electric convection oven from the VC4 series, with a 29" W x 22-1/8" D x 20" H cavity and an 11-position rack guide. It runs on 480V at 12.5 kW.
A convection oven moves air across the product instead of relying on radiant heat, which is why it bakes and roasts faster and more evenly than a standard oven and why most kitchens that add one stop using the range oven for volume work. Five racks on an 11-position guide give real flexibility in how a load is stacked.
Solid state controls hold 150°F to 500°F, and an oven cool switch drops the cavity temperature quickly when the kitchen needs to go from roasting to baking without waiting. The doors operate independently and have double-pane windows, and the handle stays cool to the touch.
