Product Overview
The Vulcan VACB60-101 Achiever is a 60" countertop radiant charbroiler built for kitchens that need real searing power without a floor-model footprint. 11 cast iron burners deliver 17,000 BTU/hr each for 187,000 BTU/hr total across a 57-1/4" x 22-5/16" broiling surface.
Each burner has its own infinite heat control valve, so a cook can run a hot sear zone and a holding zone on the same broiler and come back to the same settings the next shift. Heavy-duty cast iron radiants sit beneath cast iron diamond grates, spreading heat evenly and producing the mark and flavor a char-grilled menu depends on. Supercharger burner dividers and under-burner heat deflector panels keep the heat where the food is.
The all-welded chassis has stainless steel sides and a stainless control panel, and the unit lights on a standing pilot, so it keeps working through a power interruption. Gas connects at the rear with the pressure regulator supplied. A heat deflector tray system with a Cool Zone grease drawer catches drippings away from the burners for easier cleanup at close.
