Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging to our showroom at 7125 Industrial Ave., El Paso, TX 79915.

Restocking fees: There is no restocking fee on items purchased through our El Paso location.

Return transportation: The customer is responsible for returning the item to our showroom.

Freight damage: Please inspect every delivery before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery and installation by calling (800) 351-0094 or emailing sales@nrsupply.com.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.
