Shipping policy

Local delivery: We deliver free to the greater El Paso area on orders of $250 or more.

True and Vulcan equipment: Ships directly from the manufacturer with free freight anywhere in the contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii not included). Delivery only, no pickup. Please allow 5-7 business days.

All other orders outside El Paso: Ship by freight carrier, with freight charges calculated at checkout.

Inspection: Please inspect all freight deliveries before signing. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery and installation by calling (800) 351-0094 or emailing sales@nrsupply.com.
