Product Overview

The Vulcan VCRB36-1 is a 36" radiant charbroiler from the Vulcan Core counterline, sized to drop onto a counter or an equipment stand in a tight line. It runs 6 burners at 14,500 BTU/hr per 6" section for 87,000 BTU/hr total.

Reversible flame arrestor broiling grates let the kitchen choose between a flat side for delicate items and a ribbed side for grill marks, and each burner has its own infinite heat control valve for zone cooking. Heavy-duty cast iron char-radiants spread the flame and hold heat between orders.

Full-width front grease drawers pull straight out for cleaning, and deflector panels under the burners shield whatever sits beneath — including a refrigerated base. Construction is stainless steel with a stainless grease trough, the unit lights on a standing pilot, and it converts between natural gas and LP in the field.
