Product Overview

The Vulcan VMG36-101 is a 36" heavy-duty manual-control gas griddle with a 1" thick polished steel plate and 3 independent burner zones rated 27,000 BTU/hr each, 81,000 BTU/hr total.

Manual infinite heat control valves give the cook direct control of each zone rather than a thermostat set point — the simpler, lower-cost choice when the operator wants to run one end hot for searing and the other cooler for holding. With 3 zones across 36" of plate, the griddle can be set up differently for breakfast and for dinner service.

The body is fully welded stainless and aluminized steel with 12-gauge stainless back and tapered side splashes, and the cool bullnose front keeps the working edge comfortable. Grease runs to a 6-quart stainless drawer at the front. The unit lights on a standing pilot and requires no electrical connection.
