Product Overview

The Vulcan VBP15ES-1E1ZN is an insulated electric heated holding and transport cabinet that takes 15 sheet pans (18" x 26") or 30 hotel pans (12" x 20"), on heavy duty casters, drawing 1500 W at 120V.

This is the cabinet for moving hot food — to a function room, across a campus, out to a catering van. Fully insulated walls and top are what make that possible: the cabinet holds temperature on the move and recovers quickly once it is plugged back in, rather than bleeding heat the way a non-insulated holding cabinet does.

A blower distributes heat through the cabinet and drives recovery after the doors open. Top-mounted digital controls hold up to 190°F. The doors are Dutch doors, so only half the cabinet opens at a time, and they are field reversible to suit the room. Structural components are 100%% stainless steel and the tray slides are universal.
