The Centaur model CHP-24 is a 24-inch commercial countertop gas range engineered for medium-to-high volume food service applications. Equipped with four heavy-duty cast iron burners delivering 25,000 BTU per burner for a total rating of 100,000 BTU/hr, this unit brings versatile commercial-grade cooking capability to any countertop line. The top portion of each burner separates easily for hassle-free maintenance, and individual adjustable pilots provide instant lighting for each burner section.

Designed for operator comfort, safety, and long-term reliability, the CHP-24 features heavy removable cast iron top grates, extended cool-to-touch front edges, and a full-width removable stainless steel grease catch tray. The range ships factory-configured for Natural Gas and includes an LP (Propane) conversion kit with an inline pressure regulator. Certified under cETLus gas standards and ETL Sanitation requirements for commercial food service operations.
