Product Overview
The True TUC-27-HC packs full commercial refrigeration into a 29-3/4" tall footprint that slides neatly under a standard work surface. The factory-balanced system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and guided airflow to hold 33°F to 38°F throughout the cabinet, so product near the door stays as cold as product at the back.
The exterior is stainless steel on the front, top and ends with a GalFan-coated steel back, and the interior is a clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners that wipe down fast. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place, and the epoxy-coated evaporator resists the corrosion that shortens the life of lesser units.
Service was designed in rather than added on: the condensing unit is reached from the back and slides straight out, so routine maintenance does not mean pulling the cabinet apart. The solid door self-closes, holds open at 90° when hands are full, and its one-piece magnetic gasket lifts out for cleaning without tools.
