The Centaur model CHP-12 is a compact, high-performance 12-inch commercial countertop gas range designed for heavy-duty cooking applications without taking up unnecessary kitchen footprint. Delivering 25,000 BTU of high heat per burner for a total output of 50,000 BTU/hr, it features heavy-duty cast iron burners with lift-off top halves for fast, efficient cleaning. Each burner is controlled by an individual adjustable standing pilot and a large control knob with set screw for precise temperature modulation.

Engineered for kitchen safety and long service life, the CHP-12 includes an extended cool-to-touch front edge, heavy removable cast iron burner grates, and a full-width stainless steel grease catch pan. The unit ships standard for Natural Gas and includes an LP (Propane) conversion kit along with a pressure regulator. Built to meet rigorous industry standards, this unit holds cETLus gas safety and ETL Sanitation certifications.
