The Southbend HDO-36SU is a commercial-grade 36-inch gas modular countertop range featuring a step-up design for easy rear burner access and enhanced kitchen efficiency. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel front and sides, alongside aluminized steel rear and bottom panels, this range delivers outstanding durability in demanding commercial environments.
Equipped with six non-clogging cast iron open burners, the unit delivers 33,000 BTU/hr for Natural Gas (24,000 BTU/hr for LP) per burner, generating a total output of 198,000 BTU/hr (NAT) or 144,000 BTU/hr (LP). Each burner is controlled independently via individual Hi/Low gas valves and serviced by a standing pilot. Removable 12" cast flush top grates and a full-width, removable stainless steel crumb tray allow for straightforward cleaning and maintenance. Supported by 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, this unit connects via a standard 3/4" rear gas connection with an included pressure regulator.
