Product Overview
The True TRCB-36-HC is a 36-3/8" refrigerated chef base that puts cold product directly under the cooking line. The reinforced top carries up to 717 lbs. (326 kg), so a charbroiler, griddle or fryer battery sits on top while the drawers below hold the product that equipment is cooking.
That arrangement removes the walk to the reach-in. One full-size 12" x 20" x 4" pan and three 1/6-size 6" x 6" x 4" pans per drawer (pans sold separately) Each drawer rolls on heavy-duty slides and seals against a magnetic gasket, so cold air stays in the cabinet rather than spilling onto the floor every time a cook reaches down.
The cabinet is stainless steel and the top is reinforced rather than simply thickened, which is what allows the published load rating. The condensing unit is self-contained and reachable for service without lifting the equipment above.
