Product Overview

The Vulcan VCRG24-M1 is a 24" manual-control gas griddle from the Vulcan Core counterline, with a 1" thick polished steel plate and 2 U-shaped aluminized steel burners rated 25,000 BTU/hr per 12" of width, 50,000 BTU/hr total.

Each burner has its own manual control valve, so the cook sets heat directly by zone. This is the straightforward, lower-cost griddle for a line that wants control without a thermostat, and the U-shaped burners spread flame evenly under the plate so there are no cold stripes between zones.

The chassis is welded stainless and aluminized steel with 3-1/2" tapered stainless splashes, and a 4-1/2 quart grease can catches runoff. Ignition is a standing pilot with no electrical connection required, and a convertible regulator is supplied for LP service.
