Product Overview

The Vulcan VCRG36-T1 is a 36" thermostatically controlled gas griddle from the Vulcan Core counterline, with a 1" thick polished steel plate and 3 U-shaped aluminized steel burners rated 25,000 BTU/hr per 12" of width, 75,000 BTU/hr total.

Embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats hold each zone between 200°F and 450°F, bringing the plate back to the set point as product goes on. For eggs, pancakes and portioned proteins that is the difference between a consistent plate and one that drifts through a rush.

A pilot safety valve shuts the gas off if the pilot is extinguished. The chassis is fully welded stainless and aluminized steel, a 4-1/2 quart grease can collects runoff, and a convertible regulator is supplied for LP service. The griddle sits on 4" adjustable legs.
