Product Overview
The Centaur model CPR-44-HC pizza prep table is designed for efficient, heavy-duty prep work in commercial kitchen environments. Built with unibody construction featuring foamed sides from top to bottom and high-efficiency, CFC-free polyurethane insulation, it delivers exceptional temperature retention and durability. The exterior features a rugged stainless steel front, sides, and top with an aluminum back exterior, complemented by a white aluminum interior, stainless steel floor, and plastic door liner.
Equipped with an easily programmable Dixell solid-state controller with a digital display and self-diagnostics, this unit ensures precise temperature management. The bottom-mount condensing unit utilizes a capillary tube system running on environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a cooler temperature range of 34°F to 38°F. Coated aluminum and copper coils, paired with an integral hot gas refrigerant line condensate heater built into the pan, deliver long-term reliability. The single self-closing door is field reversible, features a black inset handle, and remains open past 90 degrees for convenient loading while closing automatically at less than 90 degrees.
The top compartment includes (6) 1/3 size x 4" deep Lexan pans and a full-length 5/8" thick poly-vinyl cutting board for quick food preparation. Inside, the unit includes one heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelf with stand-offs to maximize air flow. Factory-mounted casters with two front brakes are included for seamless mobility and stability.
