Product Overview
The True TSSU-72-18M-B-HC is a 72-3/8" mega top sandwich and salad unit built to keep a prep station moving through a full service. True's patented forced-air design holds both the pans on top and the cabinet below between 33°F to 41°F, so product in the rail stays as cold as product on the shelf and the top does not creep warm during a rush.
The mega top rail carries a deeper pan complement than a standard unit, putting more components within arm's reach before anyone has to restock. The patented removable stainless steel lid and hood are foam insulated to hold temperature when the line goes quiet.
Below the rail, 3 solid doors open onto adjustable PVC-coated wire shelving for backup stock, so a line cook can restock without leaving the station. The exterior is stainless steel front, top and ends over a clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless floor and coved corners, and the condensing unit slides out from the back for service.
