Product Overview

The Vulcan 36C-6BN is a 36" Endurance series natural gas restaurant range with 6 open-top burners rated 30,000 BTU/hr each, over one convection oven. Total input is 212,000 BTU/hr.

The Endurance frame is fully MIG welded rather than bolted, which is what keeps a range square after years of being leaned on and bumped by carts. Burner heads lift off for cleaning, and a shrouded flash tube pilot system lights the burners from a single pilot so there is nothing to relight burner by burner.

The convection oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F with a porcelain oven liner and floor for easy cleanup. Cool-to-the-touch control knobs and an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray are standard, and the range stands on 6" adjustable legs for levelling.
