Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor and a capillary tube refrigeration system, it maintains steady holding temperatures between 34°F and 38°F. Key features include a solid-state thermostat with a clear digital display, self-closing doors with full-length integrated handles that stay open past 90 degrees, sixteen 1/6 size pans included, a full-length poly-vinyl cutting board, factory-mounted casters with two front brakes, and high-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation.
