The Centaur model CST-60-HC is a two-door sandwich and salad prep table refrigerator designed for reliable performance, commercial durability, and energy efficiency. Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel front, sides, and top, as well as an aluminum exterior back, ABS cabinet interior, stainless steel/ABS door liner, and a stainless steel floor, this unit provides a versatile food preparation workstation built for demanding foodservice kitchens.
Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor and a capillary tube refrigeration system, it maintains steady holding temperatures between 34°F and 38°F. Key features include a solid-state thermostat with a clear digital display, self-closing doors with full-length integrated handles that stay open past 90 degrees, sixteen 1/6 size pans included, a full-length poly-vinyl cutting board, factory-mounted casters with two front brakes, and high-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation.
