The True T-23-HC is a one-section reach-in refrigerator built for the demands of a working commercial kitchen. The cabinet holds a steady 33°F to 38°F using a factory-balanced, self-contained capillary tube system charged with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which carries zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of just 0.02.
Construction is heavy duty throughout: a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum ends and a GalFan-coated steel back wrap a clear-coated aluminum interior liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place for thermal efficiency, and the bottom-mounted condensing unit keeps the compressor out of the heat and within easy reach for service.
The full-width door carries a 12" recessed handle, a lifetime-guaranteed torsion closure that pulls the door shut automatically, and a one-piece magnetic gasket that lifts out for cleaning without tools. Three heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves adjust in 1/2" increments on pilasters, and an exterior digital temperature display lets staff confirm cabinet temperature at a glance.
