Product Overview
The Vulcan VCRH12-1 is a 12" countertop gas hot plate with 2 open burners rated 25,000 BTU/hr each, 50,000 BTU/hr total, from the Vulcan Core counterline.
A hot plate buys burner capacity without the oven underneath — the right answer when a kitchen needs more top space for sauce pans and stock pots but already has all the oven it needs, or when it sits on an equipment stand over refrigeration. Each burner has its own infinite heat control valve.
Burner heads lift off for cleaning and cast iron top grates take the weight of full stock pots. The front, sides and front top ledge are stainless steel, full-width front crumb trays pull out for cleanup, and the unit sits at a 13" cooking height on 4" adjustable legs. A convertible regulator is supplied for LP service.
