Product Overview
The Vulcan VCW26-1M0ZN is a 26 gallon electric chip warmer that holds nacho and tortilla chips hot and crisp, drawing 1000 W on a standard 120V outlet.
Chips go soft when they sit in still, humid air. This cabinet runs a fan to circulate warm air through the load and an adjustable thermostat from 90°F to 190°F, so the operator can find the setting that holds crispness without cooking the oil. An internal baffle slows the chips on the way down to minimize breakage, which is where a lot of product gets lost in a high-volume concession.
It loads from the top and serves from the front, so the oldest chips come out first. The front panel and bottom baffle remove for cleaning, construction is 20-gauge stainless steel, and an illuminated on/off switch shows at a glance whether the unit is running.

An earlier transcription of our price sheet read these as "VCW2S" / "VCW4S"; VCW26 is correct.
