Product Overview

The Vulcan VW1S-1M0ZX is a standard electric drawer warmer with 1 drawer, drawing 475 W on a standard 120V outlet.

A drawer warmer holds cooked product at serving temperature in a closed, humidity-controlled space rather than under a lamp. An adjustable sliding vent on each drawer sets how much moisture stays in — closed for rolls and buns that should stay soft, open for fried product that has to stay crisp. That one adjustment is what separates a warmer from a holding box.

The structural components are 100%% stainless steel and the drawers lift out for cleaning. Integrated drawer slides run on stainless steel rollers, the cabinet has 1" insulation in the sides and top, and a large thermometer reads at a glance. The drawer frame takes 1/3, 1/2 or full size pans. An optional trim ring is available for built-in installation.
