Product Overview
The Vulcan VW3S-1M0ZX is a standard electric drawer warmer with 3 drawers, drawing 1425 W on a standard 120V outlet.
A drawer warmer holds cooked product at serving temperature in a closed, humidity-controlled space rather than under a lamp. An adjustable sliding vent on each drawer sets how much moisture stays in — closed for rolls and buns that should stay soft, open for fried product that has to stay crisp. Each drawer has its own heater and thermostatic control, so different products can be held at different settings in the same cabinet.
The structural components are 100%% stainless steel and the drawers lift out for cleaning. Integrated drawer slides run on stainless steel rollers, the cabinet has 1" insulation in the sides and top, and a large thermometer reads at a glance. The drawer frame takes 1/3, 1/2 or full size pans. An optional trim ring is available for built-in installation.
