Product Overview
The Vulcan 36RB-N is a 36" gas radiant salamander broiler with six bar burners rated 11,000 BTU/hr each, 50,000 BTU/hr total. It mounts on a range backriser, on a wall, or on a counter.
A radiant salamander puts steady, even heat across the full width of the rack, which suits holding and gratinating as well as browning to order. Infinite adjustment on the controls lets the cook dial the face temperature rather than choosing between on and off, and dual heat controls split the broiler into two zones so one side can idle while the other works.
A heavy-duty chrome-plated grid takes the sheet pans and the removable full-width spillage pan slides out for cleaning. The front, top and sides are industrial stainless steel and the broiler lights on a standing pilot, so it needs no electrical connection.
