Vulcan MF-1 Mobile Fryer Oil Filtration System - 8 GPM, 120V

Product Overview

The Vulcan MF-1 is a mobile oil filtration cart that rolls up to a fryer battery, pumps the oil out through a filter and returns it clean. A 1/3 HP motor and pump move oil at 8 gallons per minute.

Filtering rather than discarding is where fryer oil cost actually gets controlled. Removing crumb and carbon between shifts slows the breakdown that turns oil dark and off-tasting, so the kitchen gets more fry days out of the same drum and the product tastes the same on day four as on day one.

The unit is stainless steel throughout: a removable crumb catch basket, a removable mesh screen and a removable 16-gauge filter pan, all dishwasher safe. It rolls on 6" casters with a stainless push handle and includes a 4-foot high-temperature oil discard hose. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet.
